To access the workshops' services, LAB-545 operates on a membership model. We distinguish between resident members, who have a space within the workshops, and external members, who do not have a studio but pay an annual fee giving them access to competitive rates for the use of our specialized workshops – ceramics, wood, metal, digital fabrication – as well as room rentals and the full range of our services. External membership is open to everyone, and is not limited to artists and artisans alone. Anyone wishing to access our specialized workshops, equipment, or services is welcome.

This organization encourages informal exchanges and the sharing of knowledge. Techniques, reflections, and experiences circulate within an environment where the proximity of practices nurtures experimentation and inspiration. LAB-545 thus unfolds as a living space, where creation develops both in autonomy and in constant relation to the community.
