Each member has a dedicated spot, with the possibility of leaving their materials and tools on site, fostering a daily anchoring in their practice. Designed as true production environments, these spaces bring together professional and emerging artists within communities of practice and shared interests, and their open-plan design, without closed doors, maintains visual and relational continuity while fostering connection to the community.

The stabilization of occupancy fees helps maintain affordable working conditions, contributing to the long-term sustainability of artistic practices.
