About the Residency
Ateliers Belleville and iii instrument inventors initiative (The Hague, Netherlands) are partnering to establish an annual artist residency exchange program.
The program aims to foster interdisciplinary exploration by bringing together diverse approaches and mediums, including technology, DIY practices, visual arts, art-science practices, and broader social and collective issues. Artists and researchers are encouraged to critically examine the influence of technology on our understanding of social dynamics, collective realities, and creative processes.
In 2027, Ateliers Belleville will host two artists from the Netherlands, while one artist from Québec will be hosted by iii instrument inventors initiative.
