Ateliers Belleville (LAB-545) and EXMURO unveil Minigolf Belleville Plaisirs, a collective exhibition that boldly and sensitively reinterprets a sporting pastime steeped in nostalgia and lightness. More than 20 artists established in Quebec were invited to imagine a complete 18-hole course, punctuated by unexpected and whimsical obstacles. Their installations transform the playful activity into a singular artistic experience, where absurd staging, immersive worlds, unusual interactions, and unexpected alliances of materials and objects all coexist.

Designed as a portal to contemporary art, Minigolf Belleville Plaisirs brings together the precision of the sporting gesture and the richness of current creation, in a festive setting accessible to all audiences. Each installation offers a unique experience, evoking in turn surprise at the complexity of the course, frustration at certain unsolvable challenges, and the simple joy of shared play.
